EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

In the case of defective merchandise or damage during transport, the customer must notify us within 15 days of receiving the product, either by email at cesteriaestevegarrido@hotmail.com, by calling 962257730, or via WhatsApp at 653812195. In this case, we can either exchange the product for an identical one at no additional shipping cost or refund the money once we have received and inspected the merchandise.

If the merchandise arrives in perfect condition and the customer wishes to return it, they will have 15 business days from receipt of the product to do so. The item must be, as much as possible, in its original packaging and in the same condition it was sent. The customer must also inform the company of the reason for the return in advance.

The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, with a charge of 15 euros plus VAT for shipments from Spain. For returns from France, Germany, or the Netherlands, the following fees will apply based on weight:

From 0 kg to 5 kg: 25 euros
From 5 kg to 10 kg: 40 euros
Over 10 kg: 70 euros

Once the return is received and the condition of the product has been verified by CESTERÍA ESGA, a refund will be issued to the customer, deducting the specified shipping costs.

Returns will not be accepted if the claims are not made to the company within 15 business days from the receipt of the merchandise.
